The shape of the apex of aedeagus looks like Calathus hispanicus:

I think C.hispanicus can't occur in the middle of Turkey.
What do you think about what can it be?

Are you sure because the apex of the stick is really different

Also this specimen was also determinated as C.syriacus and its genitalia is really different from this one:

no, it's no doubt a mistake; i believed that in that area, of this group of species, only C. syriacus was to be found, yet seemingly this is not true

well, let's see if at least the group is correct; can you confirm that along 5th elytral stria there is a series of large points, as along the 3th?

moreover, the femora are (at least largely) dark or totally reddish?

There are small points (absolutely not large) both along the 5th and 3th elytral strias.And the femurs are not reddish but blackish.
The Calathus species in Turkey are listed in the link.There are 37 species there but it can be a few more species that occur in Turkey but aren't listed there:
