Hello, I've collected this specimen in december 2024 in Romania, it was found under a pile of wood.
I think it is a species of Cypha, it is possible to say more? :hi: :hi:

according to the Staphylinidae checklist of Romania, only four species Cypha are known

discoidea (Erichson, 1839) - certainly not
laeviuscula (Mannerheim, 1830)
longicornis (Paykull, 1800)
seminulum (Erichson, 1839) - certainly not

Thank you very much Jan! :lov2: :hi:
As far as I can see here, the last antennal segment is longer in longicornis and resembles better with my specimen than laeviuscula, so I guess my specimen should be Cypha cf. laeviuscula?
