Probably they are two different species. To give a proper name to species, need to check a lot of different external characters. They are very difficult to identify only with the photos.

I tried to indicate to the publication Warchałowski - Chrysomelidae (Fauna Poloniae), which treats the species in Central Europe and on the basis of Lech Borowiec website but could not identify the species. I have a large series of male and female in one place, so I think this may be one species. Thanks for your help!

I totally agree with you. The specimens that you have photographed are not easy to identify. You can try using the following paper:
Warchalowski A., 1985. - Revision der Gattung Labidostomis Germar, 1824 (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae, Clytrinae). Pol. Pismo ent., Wroclaw, 55, 4: 621-765
If with Warchalowski's paper you will not be able to identify them, you could send me the specimen for identification.

I will try to determine on the basis of this publication. But that's just after Christmas, and now I'm out of the house and collections.
