Bruchidius tibialis belongs to different group of species than specimen on photo (and has completely black hind legs as noted by Alexaandru and slim antennae). Short antennae with transverse apical segments place specimen on photo in Bruchidius seminarius group. This group is extremely difficult to identify and needs preparation of male genitalia (males from this group often have large sclerites in internal sac wich are important in identify of species). See paper: Anton, K.W., 1998, Revision of the Genus Bruchidius. Part I: The B.seminarius Group (Coleoptera: Bruchidae). Stuttg.Beitr.Natur. Ser.A (Biologie), 573 (13S): 1-13.
