Questo è abbastanza simile, anche si notano rilevanti differenze, per esempio nella forma del pronoto, completamente diversa. Vediamo cosa ne pensa Enrico Ruzzier. L'esemplare gabonese è ancora nella mia collezione: se serve, è a disposizione.

....l'attribuzione al genere Sandalus, è proprio di Ruzzier

This specimen here, is very-very similar to the 2 Greek species of Arrhaphipterus. There is a wonderful paper (2013) about the phylogeny of Rhipicerinae - Rhipiceridae, which is accompanied by many and very good photos. Here, the main differences between Sandalus and Arrhaphipterus are located at apex of labrum, posterior end of pronotum, shape of scutellum and shape of empodium (Table 1. Data matrix - page 279).
