This is a queen of the Camponotus festinatus complex. This complex was treated in 2006 by Snelling but there is still a lot of uncertainty. There are also many isolated specimens (collected in nearctic and neotropical regions) surely belonging to this complex but not yet classified so surely there is more work to do with these ants. So I think that it is impossible to do an exact determination with a simple photo. If you want to read something about it I suggest you Snelling, R.
