Those pictures are not of the same specimen, are they?
If so, I think we should split this topic, because they seem to be of two different species.
After that I'll try to give you an answer (and hope someone else, with more expertise, in the meanwhile will notice your message).

Yes, these images are different.

The name you proposed is the correct one for the other specimen here.

As confirmed privately by Danilo (halobates), this one could be instead Cixius cunicularius, for the broad brown band in the apical third of forewings.

Premise: the determination of Cixius you have only by examining the male genitalia.

However, looking at the drawing of the wing, in the apical third mostly more or less broad bar.

We are in the presence of : Cixius (Ceratocixius) cunicularius (Linnaeus, 1767)
