Hi Karol, this should be an Issidae nymph of the genus Issus.

In Slovakia you can find I. coleoptratus and I. muscaeformis.

As far as I can see from your photo (not much actually) the legs are not strongly annulated and the number, aspect and disposition of sensory pits at the basal inner angle of forewing pads seem to suggest Issus coleoptratus (Fabricius, 1781).
If you have any other pictures, or you can crop the same image above, maybe we'll get more certainty on the diagnosis.

Well Karol, that's enough to confirm that your specimen is Issus coleoptratus.

The sensory pits are 10, and the legs are clearly without dark annular markings.

The researchers of Worcestershire Biological Records Centre stated that the following differences can be observed between the larvae of the two species:

A group of sensory pits is situated at the top of each of the forewing pads near their inner angles (Figs 4, 7, 8). In nymphal I. coleoptratus (certainly in L2-L5 instars) these are large, clearly annulated and typically number ten; they are somewhat dispersed and are only occasionally contiguous. In nymphal I. muscaeformis seen these pits are smaller, less broadly annulated, typically number seven and tend to be contiguous.

You can see the area they are talking about in the red circle I drew.

The variegated, broadly and clearly darkly annulated leg members are also believed to be characteristic of I. muscaeformis at all growth stages (Thomas, 2006).
