Perhaps Cephini, because the respective length of 3rd and 4th articles of the antennas (if I saw well).
To further go it would be necessary to see the last tergite, the number of pre-apical spines and other details.
Can be (with a large doubt…) Cephus cultratus ?

I haven't a powerful binocular but the hind tarsal claws seem to be of pygmeus
