Hello. It can be a family Xyelidae? Maybe genus Xyela sp.? Found 23.4.2016, Slovakia, Kosice, 200m a.s.l. Thank you. Regards, Karol.

In the weeds. Deciduous trees. Acacia and fruit trees (apple). Near forest (oak and beech).
