# 3242 captured at an altitude of about 880 m. in Cne : Brénod (Dépt. Ain - France) - 19.06.1998

One refers to viewtopic.php?f=375&t=23077 , by being unaware of the color of the clypeus, It is found immediately that the capture is also Tenthredopsis scutellaris ♂.

Colors of clypeus and labre , It is a problem :

The clypeus is gray-black and is bordered of a clearer zone - The labre is gray clear.

I did not succeed, alas, in making a good photo (problem of lighting)
I read again the diagnoses of Tenthredopsis ♂, present in France - Germany - Switzerland - Italy & Austria, which have the clypeus regularly emarginated and the description being able to be appropriate for our capture.
With the exception of T. nebrodensis Costa, of which I could not find the color of the clypeus, none them had the color of clypeus of our capture !
One has well in the presence of a interesting variety but I do not know it .
The species nearest (but I am unaware of the color of the clypeus) seem to be T.flavomaculata Cameron (which is today synonymous with T. scutellaris)

Thus :
Tenthredopsis scutellaris (Fabricius, 1804) var.(?) . ♂ ..... OK ?
T. scutellaris vive anche in Italia .
