These capture are Tenthredo s.l. , it belongs to the sub-genera Maculedo or Tenthredella.
The abdomen is dorsally entirely black, and the antennae are black, except the last white segments, it thus acts of Tenthredella.
The forewings are strongly infuscate towards the apex.
One sees on the photo of the ♀, the asymmetry of the mandibles (accentuated by natural wear), important character for generic classification. .
Finally :

Note:
A french entomologist has amputee the sub-genus Tenthredella, of another sub-genus: Endotethryx … albicornis is thus a Endotethryx.
But the visitors of this forum will be able to live without knowing this, therefore make like me… be unaware of it !
