# 2459 ♂ captured at an altitude of 920 m. in Cne : La-Cluse-et-Mijoux (Dépt. Doubs - France) - 04.06.1992
This capture is Tenthredo s.l..
- The antennae are not entirely black.
- The abdomen is black & red and his 1st tergite is not stained with white (On the photo, should be been unaware of the white parasitic reflections !)
It thus acts of the sub-genus Tenthredella.
- The base of the clypeus is black (Enslin 1912-1918 p. 60)
- The stigma is brown (ferruginea having it yellowish-brown)
- The metapleura have a white spot.
- - balteata has the metapleura black
- Compare with ferruginea : viewtopic.php?f=11&t=26068
- The colouring of the antennae (the white is here brown-reddish - see photos) is not that of the species typus.
