Allantus (A.) sp. : The lateral compression of Abdomen (visible on the photo) is characteristic of sub-Genus

    - Because of their high number, the species of Allantus (Emphytus) B & Empria (E.) were not listed.

Jean-Pierre, I have to thank you a lot for the work you share, nobody here is interested in Tenthredinidae but you tables and data are very useful for the members of the forum looking for informations about this group.

Thanks for your Message.
If Italian Entomologists wanted to be interested about Symphyta, I am sure that they could discover new species in the Italian Alps,as Lacourt J. has discovered some in the French Alps.

je viens de découvrir quelque chose d'extrêmement intéressant :hp: et pas dans les alpes italiennes... en plaine, dans les bois le long du fleuve tessin, à peu-près 30 km de milan :mrgreen: ; une partie des exemplaires ont été livrés à fausto pesarini, maintenant c'est question de comprendre s'il s'agit d'une espèce nouvelle pour l'italie (dans ce cas, sans doute quelqu'une des espèces les moins connues de la faune européenne) ou bien d'une espèce nouvelle tout court :hj:

p.s. une espèce exotique introduite est absolument exclue ;)

On attends évidemment les observations de F. Pesarini, j'espère qu' à l' issue de son travail il nous en livrera le PDF sur notre Forum !
NOTA : Avoir trouvé un Symphyta, dans un lieu où l' on n' attend pas une espèce rare, n' est pas exceptionnel mais il faut avoir beaucoup de chance (.. !) .
Cela m' est arrivé de trouver un Urocerus augur (l' espèce est rare en France) dans un endroit improbable.
