It is not alboannulata because the tegulae are not : yellow or white or white-yellowish.

I did not find French or Italian Macrophya corresponding to your capture.
Moreover I do not think that it is a Macrophya (apparently the femur 3 is shorter than tibia 3, but none of your photos does show the femur and tibia in the same plan).

It is maybe Tenthredo (Elinora), because of the shape of the clypeus
A side view would allow maybe to specify ?
