A certain number of species, having normally the abdomen black & red , can present of
varieties with the abdomen entirely black.
Also spots or bands (white or yellow) normally present on the abdomen of certain species, can miss.
Thus the only coloring of the abdomen is not a stable criterion.
I did not thus use this criterion.
On the other hand the coloring of femora and tibiae seemed stable, if we exclude the more or less big extension of the colors.
