see viewtopic.php?f=375&t=38250&hilit=+allantinae
The compression of the abdomen (visible on the photo) is characteristic of sub-Genus

Determination of species
Biblio (main) :
- Muche 1969 : Allantus ... in “Entomologische Abhandlungen - Band 36 Supplement - p.146/148"
- Zhelokhovtsev 1988 : in Medvedev (Ed.) - Keys ... USSR. III. Hym. Part 6 Symphyta (Translation in English 1994)
* Key of species :
    All the descriptions, which I consulted, about the species viennensis & togatus are unreliable (excepted the text of Muche quoted in Biblio, Author however little reliable)
      - Mesepisternum weakly punctuated, shiny --> viennensis
      - Mesepisternum wrinkly, matt --> calliblepharus (Captured only in Sweden and Finland) & togatus

Our capture has the Mesepisternum weakly punctuated & shiny (Regrettably I was not able to make a good photo) where from the determination
