Unghie con un piccolo dente. Bordo delle tibie anteriori, bordo anteriore del pronoto e margine delle tegule chiare. Con la Fauna de France arrivo alla specie Rhadinoceraea micans (Klug, 1814) In Italia sono indicate 3 specie: 076.0. Rhadinoceraea Konow, 1886 (=Veratra Smith, 1969) 001.0 micans (Klug, 1814) N S 002.0 nodicornis Konow, 1906 N S 003.0 reitteri Konow, 1890 N Lunghezza: c.a. mm. 8 Particolare: Ciao Giuseppe |

Controllando i caratteri avevo visto che erano due specie distinte, ma almeno di generi vicini. Ricapitolando: l'esemplare che, nella Fauna de France, aveva i caratteri della Rhadinoceraea micans è un'altra specie; l'esemplare che sembrava non avere i caratteri della Rhadinoceraea micans è invece una Rhadinoceraea micans. Dovrò ristudiare tutto.  Ciao Giuseppe |

Ciao. D & JP Balmer Grazie. Ho già iniziato con la tua chiave. Devo però farci pratica con l'utilizzo. Lo spazio malare c'è ma l'addome ha alcuni tergiti (2,3 e 4) con delle piccole macchie chiare (v. nuova foto). Potrebbe essere il genere Empria (punto 2 - if not). Oppure (if not) e proseguire al punto 3. Serve un aiuto. Ciao Giuseppe |

Saluti, I limited myself to the Italian species of FE. I had reread all the descriptions of these species. Yes it is Empria excisa. However, the Authors Benson 1952 & Zhelokhovtsev 1988 do not agree on the shape & the length of the Antennae (important criterion for Empria) Bravo ! Ciao. D & JP Balmer |
