Below the key (for Romania) of Muche 1969 (in Entomologische Abhandlungen - Band 36 - Supplement III - p.20-21) :

1 - Costa wenigstens an der Basis rotgelb --> 2
.. - Costa schwarz .............................. --> Sciapteryx consobrina (Klug 1816)
2 - Costa an Spitze und Basis rotgelb ..... --> Sciapteryx soror Konow 1890
.. - Costa auch in der Mitte rotgelb ........ --> Sciapteryx costalis (F. 1775)

So excellent identification
