It looks like female Tenthredo arcuata/notha/brevicornis. I have only this one photo and I know you don't see all the key characteristics. But according key and other specimens I id it as T. arcuata (yellow first antennae segment, tegula and scutellum). Please, verify my id. 22.07.2020, northern Poland, Lubiszewo (CE59)
