Plassoderinus flabellatus Voss, 1929 (cf.) - Attelabidae Attelabinae

This Attelabidae, maybe a Plassoderinus was collected at Karema, Western Tanzania. Size=6mm

This is a rather difficult genus, although it includes a few species, distributed mainly in East Africa. I tried to understand something about it, but it would be necessary to examine numerous series, while I have a small number of specimens in my collection. I must also point out that I do not follow the systematic proposed by Legalov (2007). I think your specimen is Plassoderinus flabellatus Voss, 1929, probably a male. This could be the female.
