# 3915 & 3917 Captured at the edge of a periodic pond (but dried up at this moment) of Pontoise (Dépt. Val d'Oise - France) - 08 07 2003

These capture are Stratiomyinae, see viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32159
- Antennae apically not bilobed
- Head without a strong facial notch.
- The wings : R1 is present (one needs a good enlarging to see it) & R4 is present.
==> Odontomyia
- Lengh of Scape < 2 times the length of Pedicel.
- Vein M3 entirely absent.
- Abdomen without large pale abdominal side-markings.
==> O. (Neuraphanisis) tigrina (only species of the sub-genus)
and
- 3915 is ♂, because the eyes are contiguous.
- 3917 is ♀, because the eyes are widely separed.

Then Odontomyia (Neuraphanisis) tigrina ♂ & ♀ (Also known for Italy)
