Esemplare raccolto a vista su terreno argilloso soggetto ad allagamenti invernali.
E' possibile determinarne la specie di appartenenza?

Probably Odontomyia, by elimination of some other genera (because some characteristics are not photographed).

Stavo per rispondere come D & JP Balmer; la venatura alare e la forma delle antenne suggeriscono Odontomyia ma la peluria impedisce di controllare la presenza di spine marginali dello scutello. Ammesso poi che il genere sia giusto, sul Seguy non riesco ad arrivare con ragionevole attendibilità ad una specie.

If we suppose that there are no thorn on the scutellum, we have a Pachygasterinae (very small species, and with a different habitus).
Thus I supposed that there were 2 thorns (but no more).

I do not see thorns, but their location would be under the tufts of hairs.
A lateral photo of the apex of Scutellum, maybe would be needed.
However aesalus37 can tell us what he sees under the binocular magnifying glass.
Supposing that we cannot know, if there is or not thorns, then :
The habitus and the veins of the forewings direct us to Odontomyia [Besides Pachygasterinae, the genus Sargus (if there are no thorn) is absolutely impossible]
