Hello, is this Penthetria funebris Meigen, 1804 or someting similar? As far as I know this is the first record of this genus in Romania

It could be that or something similiar, but to say anything better photos are needed. Try to show details of head, wings, legs. |

Thanks, the ID is correct, this is in fact the only species of the genus with brachypterous wings in males I will come back with a few better pictures soon I hope
