Insbesondere, da der Text im Martens (1978:377 ff.) oft in im Widerspruch mit seinen Zeichnungen steht (vgl. z.B. die Anzahl der Prosomatergite bei Astrobunum im Text und Bild). Ich meine aber die paarigen Prosomaranddornen erkennen zu können (oder Artefact)? A. Schönhofer: This is not an Homalenotus but an Astrobunus: even in this position the middle spine on the front should be visible, but it's absent and the body is more globular than flat. According to spination (legs smooth: either bernardinus or laevipes) and geographic distribution (Roma) this should be Astrobunus bernardinus. But be cautious: there are some names floating around as Metasclerosoma and Mastobunus, etc. some origination from Italy, of which rarely animals are found and which are very similar or inbetween Homalenotus and Astrobunus. They definitely do exist but material is scarce. It would be good to collect some. I would like to get any of these genera and species from Central to Southern Italy and the islands for my studies. Purtroppo non l'ho raccolto, ma è una zona in cui vado spesso, quindi posso provare a cercarne altri, e se li troverò li prenderò. Meglio conservarli in alcool o a secco, come faccio con i Coleotteri? |
