Can you help me with this Malachius sp. from Cyprus.. It measures: 7-8 mm. Collected from flowers.

Haplomalachius Evers, 1985 for sure. In this genus are 3 species. One is from Hispanola. So, it will be one of these > Haplomalachius deferreri (Wittmer 1994) Haplomalachius flabellatus (Frivaldzsky 1835) I have collected flabellatus in Greece, looks like this one...
