I would check out Ischnomerus erythroderes Labram et Imhoff, 1838 (= Teramocerus erythroderes Boheman, 1840) as a good possibility...

I would say the same species... I found a work "Die Brenthiden der Philippinen-Inseln" by Kleine... it's quite old but might come in handy. I could send it if you want.
