Hi Umit, your specimen reminds me of the genus Baetis, but I read that there are over 20 species in Turkey, so I don't know how to help you... sorry!

I guess I'll have to make do with genus for now. I sent an e-mail to Prof.Dr. Nilgün KAZANCI, an academician who studied the Beatis genus in Turkey. There is no answer yet, if there is an answer, I will write it here.
