Liposcelidae have no wings, different posterior legs and a different head. (see my photo) Maybe Ectopsocidae, Elipsocidae ... I don't know.

Thank you! Any idea about what were the Psocoptera doing there? Hibernating or they could also feeding inside the fruit with some plant material?

I use to find them also in winter, and they don't look hibernating. I find adults, young ones and eggs.
