Hello Umit, this bee is an Halictus sp. It looks a lot like Halictus brunnescens, but I'm not sure if this is the right species.

Great, thank you so much Mattia. I found a 2009 study on the distribution in Turkey. I marked 7 species in the Hatay distribution. Including your guess. I'm adding the list to the topic for reference.

Hello Umit, from the ones you list there are three possible candidates: H. brunnescens, H, resurgens and H. tetrazonianellus, seen as the other all have interrupted bands on the tergites. Unfortunately, without photos of the sculpture of the scutum and of the first terga I can't say much more.
