Looks like an underdeveloped specimen. What do you think?

Eupelmidae, probably Eupelmus sp. (female), a brachypterous species

Hi, This is likely Eupelmus vladimiri or E. impennis. For a certain identification a photo with the ventral surface of the mesotarsus is needed. They have very small fore wings and no hind wings. So this is a normal specimen, not an underdeveloped one. Lucian |
