This is Chemaspecia sp. you can choice: Ch.empiformis (Euphorbia cyparissias), Ch.hungarica (Euphorbia lucida, Euphorbia palustris), Ch.tenthrediniformis (Euphorbia esula). Nothing more from photo ...

thank you for Chamaesphecia.... is a start :)
Regarding what Euphorbia in the area, for sure E.cyparissias is present in the area... even if exactly there is a wet area not remember about any E.palustris.
