Con questa foto più che di un entomologo chiedi l'intervento di un aruspice.
Comunque, come silhouette e aspetto generale mi sembra un Veliidae.

Mauro dice bene, la foto non rende giustizia (ma sicuramente io avrei fatto peggio di te)
Anche per me ci troviamo al cospetto di un Veliidae.
Le zampe posteriori sono più corte rispetto alle mediane ed il profilo generale è più tozzo di un Gerris,
ma siccome sono molto arrugginito sugli acquatici non posso darti la certezza.
