This species appears localised and its populations are insular. I got these species emerged from Ulmus minor branches.

This is an extremely common species around Rome. I have got about 200 specimens from a single branch of Ulmus minor.

Strangely enough, it is totally absent in my area. From Ulmus I always obtained only Anthaxia senicula.

Ho raccolto 7 esemplari vicino a Modena su un ramo tagliato di Ulmus. :)
