,Today I found the first buprestid for this year
....2 Anthaxia sp. on Taraxacum officinale flowers.

Hi ,Today I found the first buprestid for this year ....2 Anthaxia sp. on Taraxacum officinale flowers.

The picture is too small to see the puncturation on the apex of the elytra. They can be only 2 species: Anthaxia fulgurans (Schrk.) male or Anthaxia podolica podolica Mannh. |

Could you send a better picture? Tomorrow I will upload a better picture with the specimens, and also with 2 specimens from other species (probably Anthaxia nitidula). |

These photos are not much better, but checking them, I think they are probably Anthaxia fulgurans, males. All antennomera are metallic, or in the distal part of antennae they are testaceous? |
