No! It is Anthaxia (Anthaxia) fulgurans fulgurans (Schrank, 1789). Subgenus Haplanthaxia has the sides more parallel, the tergites are visible sidewards e.g.: Anthaxia (Haplanthaxia) millefolii polychloros Abeile de Perrin, 1894, Anthaxia (Haplanthaxia) cichorii(Olivier, 1790) etc.
Anthaxia (Anthaxia) fulgurans belongs to the A. dimidiata species group, together with A. podolica, A, thalasophila, A. bicolor.
This group is characteized by the pronotum's surface with 2 bowls sidewards. A. fulgurans is characterized by the presence of the well visible big holes in the apical part of the elytra. This specimen is a female. The males are entirely green.

Confermo tutto quel che ha scritto Adrian. Inoltre, nella nostra fauna, la fulgurans femmina è inconfondibile perchè la macchia verde intorno allo scutello arriva oltre la metà delle elitre, mentre nelle affini thalassophila e podolica, che sono anche, in genere, più piccole, la macchia verde è molto meno estesa. Questo consente un riconoscimento immediato.
Nei maschi, che sono tutti sul verde, la macchia periscutellare a volte si intuisce per una diversa tonalità di colore, a volte no, e bisogna controllare le fossette presso il bordo all'estremità posteriore delle elitre, che in fulgurans, come giustamente osservato da Adrian, sono molto evidenti, mentre nelle altre si distinguono appena dal resto della punteggiatura elitrale.
