Io non l'ho visto mai, ma a me sembra un Buprestis.......non azzardo a dire splendens!!  Non è lui di sicuro.....ma se lo fosse qualcuno rischia l'infarto!!

La macchia gialla in fronte è tipica ma i colori delle elitre è molto diverso di tutte le rustica che abbia visto, e in collezione. Ovviamente non significa nulla e sicuramente ci faranno sapere gli esperti

Molto colorato, ma è comunque un esemplare di Buprestis rustica. Quella colorazione rientra nel campo di variabilità di questa specie. Inoltre molto dipende anche dall'illuminazione. La luce dura, come quella del flash non schermato o del sole diretto, li fa sembrare più scuri, mentre fotografati con luce solare ma non diretta (all'ombra o in gornata nuvolosa), o con flash o illuminazione artificiale, ma con diffusore, prendono colori più chiari e vivaci. |

If I have mentioned his name as the author of these photos, he don't have problem with it. Analogous he declared his agreement with inserting his photos in the Czech entomological forum assuming mention his name as the author of the pics. |

He is very good, but e.g. Vlastimil Mihal from Přerov, Czech Republik, is distinctively better - see some his photos (and for Julodis: I have his agreement with inserting his photos here):
