Hi,
just reading here that in Italy more or less buprestids only now are in flight.
started to find specimens in Greece from February (last day of february
), will come with other species here later.for now... collected this Aphanisticus near Athens in 28.february.2010 (Schinias, in a wet area) but I don't have any idea how to ID them, is possible any help? i have not done any search yet in the forum, so not sure if already have an answer to this question... any recommandation for a key of this genus?
sorry for the quality but in the field is not so easy with this small species.
