Hello Jan, for sure the locality is very, very strange for this alpine species linked to larch trees. The closest larch to M.te Conero must be hundreds of kilometers far away.  G.

goodevening !!! I do not know what exactly is indicated in the books about the host-plant of Laricobius erichsoni, but I have capture this insect in 2 mountains of NE Greece, one time on Pinus silvestris and one time on Picea.
