Hi, Another chrysidid received last week. This specimen was collected in 8.july.2010 in Moldova (46.428056 / 26.440833), leg. Alex.Pintilioaie (alexaandru here on the forum). Size of the specimen is 5 mm. I'm thinking that again is an Elampus like this one that remained without name Is possible to have an ID? Grazie, cosmln |

Hi Cosmin, it should be Pseudomalus auratus (L.). To be sure we need to eamine the lenght of the antennal segments (flagellomeres) - just take a picture in front of the face. We need also a second picture with the lateral shape of the forefemur. Ciao Paolo |

Hi Cosmin, I can see forefemur quite well, they are simple. It's a common Pseudomalus auratus (L.), even if the the 4th flagellomere is a little bit longer than larger. Ciao Paolo |
