I am thinking Idaea sp. but the wing shape and slightly glossy sheen seem unfamiliar. From the same locality, 13 July. Any suggestions welcome - sorry the photo is not very sharp. Matthew

Hi Matthew, I suggest for this Idaea predotaria (Hartig, 1951) - Geometridae Sterrhinae but it is only an indication

Hi Claudio! Interesting possibility - Redondo's "Geometridae ibericae" suggests coastal dunes as the typical habitat and this location is about 6-8 km from the sea. Matthew |
