Hi Matthew, the genus Eupithecia sp. is very very difficult to determine especially from a photo  I would think of two species Eupithecia nanata (Hübner, [1813]) (cf.) or Eupithecia innotata (Hufnagel, 1767) (cf.) with preference for the first (more similar in pattern with your exemplary), but it is only an indication. Security you have with the examination of the genitalia.
