I recently received some emails from Italy asking for help with EntomoLabels. Instead of printing labels, the printer prints blank sheets. One of the Windows updates is causing printing problems. Unfortunately, Microsoft, as you probably know, is constantly breaking something in Windows. Fortunately, this can be easily fixed. To fix it : 1. Close EntomoLabels 2. Run CMD as administrator 3. Type the command below exactly and press Enter reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Windows Presentation Foundation\XPSAllowedTypes" /v "DisableDec2022Patch" /t REG_SZ /d "*" /reg:64 4. Close the CMD window 5. Start EntomoLabels again, everything should work. |
