Capture on Tuyas in yard of our Home in Donzy (Dépt. Nièvre) - 26 IV 2015

I examined the massif of Tuyas not pruned during 6 years.
During these 6 years I observed the small spiders present in spring.
During 5 years their population was stable, but on 2015, this one had droped.
The same year and at the same moment appeared 10/15 Ichneumonidae flying along of Tuyas,
I captured 5 ♂ (I did not seen ♀ flying).
I had seen and captured on 20 IV 2014 a single specimen of the same species.
During the previous years I had never seen this species.
Thus I made the relation between diminution of the population of spiders and the appearance of Ichneumonidae

I looked for documentation concerning the Ichneumonidae parasiting the spiders.
By chance I found on the Net some photos of Tromatobia lineatoria ♀, but nothing usable for ♂.
The habitus of these ♀ and that of our ♂ were similar.
I looked for descriptions of the species, they were quite insufficient.
I looked for a key of Tromatobia, lineatoria seemed to be unknown (!), on the other hand our captures and lineatoria seemed to be oculatoria.
And again by chance I found on the website http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthrea ... ad_id=4170 , the explanation given on 2006 by K. Horstmann :
"... Lissonota oculatoria (Fabricius) (syn. L. elector Gravenhorst), and Tromatobia lineatoria (Villers) (syn. T. oculatoria auct.)"

I also wanted to verify if our captures were Tromatobia and not Lissonota, given the insufficiency of the descriptions.
The answer is affirmative, because in particular :
- The tarsal Claws are simple (pectinated for Lissonota).
- The Anterior part of submetapleural Carina is not produced as a strong lobe (with a strong lobe for Lissonota) , see drawings of Townes.

The extension of the red color on the abomen is variable, I added the photos of the Abdomen of the capture n° 5344 made in 2014.

Yep, as Horstmann said "Tromatobia lineatoria (Villers, 1789) becomes the Tromatobia oculatoria of authors on the transfer of Tromatobia oculatoria (Fabricius, 1798) to Lissonota" (Revision der von Johann Christian Fabricius beschriebenen Ichneumonidae)
