Hello Umit, they seem Cataglyphis nodus but it's better to wait for another opinion. Mattia

This is a member of Cataglyphis bicolor species-group but it is not necessarily Cataglyphis nodus. Hatay Province lies in a region where this group is represented by several species very difficult to identify and with a complicated genetic structure suggesting the possibility of hybridization between some taxa. Typical Cataglyphis nodus populations have legs partially or completely red although in populationms frothe Middle East populations with black legs are also observed. See papers on this group:
Ionescu & Eyer_2016_Cataglyphis bicolor group in Israel: Israel Journal of Entomology, 46: 109-131.
Eyer et al_2017_An integrative approach to species delimitation in Cataglyphis bicolor complex. Molecular Phylogeneticvs and Evolution, 115: 128-139.
Probably an undescribed species from this group we regularly collected in Cyprus and it looks very similar to the specimen from your photo. So, it will be better to name the specimens from your photo as Cataglyphis cf. nodus.

Hi Mattia, thanks for helping Hi Lech, Thank you for your interest and information sharing. Thanks to you, I did learn quite about this breed. I recorded to the archive as a Cataglyphis cf. nodus. There are a few colonies in the cultivated field. The photo I encountered while observing another colony. I think queen ant. But it doesn't look dead. Are they carrying it from one place to another? Because I saw the workers carrying eggs. Are there queen carrying behaviors? Or is that a dead? I wondered. Thanks.

Transporting queens (live) by workers is a known behavior in ants. It may also be removing the dead queen from the nest. This is a fascinating genus, an excellent book on the behavior of Cataglyphis ants has recently been published:
