Another Ponerine, maybe again Neoponera villosa :roll: Size about 1,5 cm
Is Determination to genus or species possible? Thank you

Nope!

Neoponera apicalis (Latreille, 1802)

Only 3 Neoponera species with so big eyes and completely lacking of erect hairs on the dorsum of the thorax. Among these 3, N. apicalis is the only one with the funiculus of antenna partially yellow.

Another former Pachycondyla before Schmidt & Shattuck, 2014.

Thank you again Vincenzo. I wondered abouth the bright antennae, but didn't know that it's important for species identification.
