This seems easy, but it could prove to be a little tricky: it is certainly a specimen belonging to the genus Stomis, but then some problems arise: the photo is not taken right from above and the elytral shape cannot be seen with precision. Being a mountain locality it should be Stomis rostratus (Duftshmid, 1812), which shows distinctly ovate elytra. The only other possibility is that it is a Stomis pumicatus (Panzer, 1796), which is smaller, has more parallel-sided elytra and is usually found at lower altitudes.

I too think that it is Stomis rostratus, in the first photos I seem to see the transverse impression on the head

Thank you both for help :lov2: , I think too now that my specimen is S. rostratus, I have a specimen of S. pumicatus in my collection and this is a bit smaller and also has more parallel-sided elytra...Anyway I add a new image with my specimen, I hope it is useful :)
