Probabilmente hai ragione: la distinzione tra le varie sottospecie di chevrolati non è agevole e richiede, a mio avviso, l’intervento di persona esperta. Forse in taluni casi non è sufficiente nemmeno questo, ma l’esame dell’organo genitale maschile. Se così fosse posso farlo. Ciao Leonida |

Caro Leonida, dalla fotografia opterei per Carabus (Procrustes) chevrolati chevrolati Cristoforis & Jan, 1837 (= persimilis Csiki, 1927), infatti la ssp thirki presenta gli intervalli primari della scultura elitrale molto più rilevati e catenulati. Ivan |
