This is a Bembidion belonging to the subgenus Philochthus.
To try to determine the species more information are needed, if you are interested

Of course, what do we need?

-Is the size correct or indicative?
-Is the 7th stria visible (at list in the basal third of the elytra) or not?
-Is the pronotum smooth (at least on the disc) or microreticulate?
-Environment of catch (river, pond, fresh water or salty water....)

If you have a male, a picture of the aedeagous will help a lot.

Size is wrong
It must be 4,2 mm
There are only 6 elytral strias visible.
I found it in a fresh water swimming pool.
