I would guess Calathus (Neocalathus) melanocephalus (Linnaeus, 1758). Check if the shoulders have a small denticle or not (see pictures with the label n.2 and n.3 in this post), and if the episterna are reddish.

Thanks Mauro. I checked this denticle and I found it  Therefore it is Calathus (Neocalathus) melanocephalus (Linnaeus, 1758). Thanks one more time
